Mary Carey will once again be feature dancing at The Hustler and Déjà Vu clubs, the World's largest group of adult nightclubs and adult retail stores with over 160 locations worldwide! Déjà vu may also refer to Mary Carey’s return to the world of politics. Mary Carey has officially filed her paperwork to run for the Governor of California with the Secretary of State’s office in Sacramento.
Jason Mohney, President of Hustler/Déjà Vu, stated “We love Mary and have worked with her for years. She is a hard worker, and her reliability is beyond reproach. She will also be visiting a few clubs outside of Cali to show support for the group. She will be speaking about her M.I.L.F (Moderates & Independents for Liberation & Freedom) campaign. A grassroots movement to stop the oppression of our present California government which is driving families and businesses out of the state with insane taxes and regulations.
Mary quipped, “What better way for the citizens of California to get to know me than to see me up close and au naturel. I want the people of our Golden State to see that I have nothing to hide.”

Mary Carey is Set to Run for Governor of California Again
Campaign Theme – “Totally Recalled 2: Golden Our State Again”
LOS ANGELES – Today, former adult entertainment star Mary Carey announced she plans to run for Governor of California if the recall effort against current Governor Gavin Newsom qualifies for the ballot. While she feels the recall is a waste of resources considering the governor’s current term ends next year, she believes if the recall is successful that she is the woman who can help raise the state to new heights.
“Like I have always done with my work, I am ready to put in the effort to get the job done,” said Carey. “I have big plans for California, and it is time for someone with a new attitude from outside of mainstream politics to lead. I can promise you – it won’t take long before all Californians will be satisfied with my job performance.”
This is not Carey’s first rodeo. Carey ran for Governor of California in the 2003 recall election and placed 10th out of a field of over 130 candidates. Carey is retired from making adult films and will focus solely on improving California.
“Last time I ran I was young, dumb and full of fun,” said Carey. “This time I have more experience and will not be taking this position laying down. I am ready to be on top!”
As Governor, Carey wants to end the status quo by stopping the jobs from leaving the state and giving residents the happy ending they deserve. She also plans to give a boost to the entertainment and high-tech industries, so they stay in California. And she wants to provide small business assistance so they can recover from the COVID-19 pandemic. As the largest tax contributor of any state to the federal government, Carey wants to fight to get California’s fair share back from Washington. She also plans to address the homelessness issue by focusing on mental healthcare, affordable housing, and drug rehabilitation.
“I’m used to bringing people together,” said Carey. “I’ve always gone both ways, so as Governor, I won’t be shy about working with Democrats and Republicans alike.”
Carey’s campaign theme is “Totally Recalled 2: Golden Our State Again.” For more information about GOSA and Carey’s campaign, please visit www.marycarey4governor.com
